writing and beholding…

well – I have basically 4 new tunes I am juggling at the moment; one is a pretty upbeat blues rocker – tentatively about turning ones back on “self” (the selfish self, the I want I want I want self, the my will not Gods will self), second song is basically a song / poem set to music about winter…appropriately so with having just received about 10 inches of snow yesterday, song 3 is about my home state and is weirdly hip hoppy (no, I know I am not a hip hop guy but is has that stripped down bouncy feel, and some past lyrics seemed to congregate to it so – there) the fourth is -ummm, yaknow – I can’t remember right now.
